Access Point Commands

The following commands disable the radios that are using radio proﬁle rptest and remove

the proﬁle:

DWS-1008# set radio-proﬁle rptest mode disable

DWS-1008# clear radio-proﬁle rptest

success: change accepted.

clear service-proﬁle

Removes a service proﬁle or resets one of the proﬁle’s parameters to its default value.

Syntax: clear service-proﬁle name

name Service proﬁle name.

Defaults: None

Access: Enabled

Usage: If the service proﬁle is mapped to a radio proﬁle, you must remove it from the

radio proﬁle ﬁrst. (After disabling all radios that use the radio proﬁle, use the

clear radio-proﬁle name service-proﬁle name command.)

Examples: The following commands disable the radios that are using radio proﬁle rp6,

remove service-proﬁle svcprof6 from rp6, then clear svcprof6 from the conﬁguration.

DWS-1008# set radio-proﬁle rp6 mode disable

DWS-1008# clear radio-proﬁle rp6 service-proﬁle svcprof6

success: change accepted.

DWS-1008# clear service-proﬁle svcprof6

success: change accepted.

reset {ap | dap}

Restarts a DWL-8220AP access point.

Syntax: reset {ap port-list | dap dap-num}

ap port-list List of ports connected to the DWL-8220AP access points to restart.

dap dap-num Number of a Distributed AP to reset.

Defaults: None

Access: Enabled.
